&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;エジプトで食べたとてもお気に入りの料理、ファラフェル。&lt;br /&gt;またまたひよこ豆を使うものです。&lt;br /&gt;ちょっと前に作ったもので、どのレシピを使ったか覚えてないけど、&lt;br /&gt;多分これです：&lt;a href="http://cookpad.com/mykitchen/recipe/412059/"&gt;http://cookpad.com/mykitchen/recipe/412059/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;この日はピタパンも手作りしました。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://cookpad.com/mykitchen/recipe/493082/"&gt;http://cookpad.com/mykitchen/recipe/493082/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;パンはなんでも手作りでできたてが美味しいよね。&lt;br /&gt;ちゃんと中に具が入るように焼けてよかった。&lt;br /&gt;ファラフェルは野菜と一緒にピタパンに挟んで食べます。&lt;br /&gt;ついでに（これもまたひよこ豆使用）ハマスというペーストを入れると美味しいよ。&lt;br /&gt;あと、ヨーグルトのソースも作って、ぜーんぶ頑張ってピタパンに詰めて、サクサク、さっぱり&lt;br /&gt;とてもボリュームもあって美味しい!お店に行かなくても家で作れるのは嬉しいね。&lt;br /&gt;ハマスのレシピはこちら：&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://cookpad.com/mykitchen/recipe/509011/"&gt;http://cookpad.com/mykitchen/recipe/509011/&lt;/a&gt;
